CARING FOR MY SWIMWEAR

To ensure lasting quality:

  • Hand wash with clean cold water after use.
  • Only use the 'spin' feature on a washing machine to drain excess water
  • Leave to air dry in a shaded area.
  • Do not use strong chemical detergents, as they can cause the hand feel to become harsher to the touch.
  • If you are using a detergent, then we recommend a gentle detergent with no moisturisers such as 'Ecover' or any other eco-friendly detergent
  • Sun cream, tanning cream, or chlorine can damage and discolour swimwear, use with caution when exposing to your swimwear.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Miloha wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, therefore you may return an item(s) if not satisfied, considering the below;

  • For a return to be processed, eligible products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of the parcel, providing that it is in original condition.
    • Original condition being unworn, unmarked, unwashed, odour-free, with all tags and hygiene sticker labels attached
  • Returns are only offered on bikini tops. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns on bikini bottoms or one piece swimsuits.

  • Returns are only offered on full priced items for a store credit only.

  • We do not offer returns on sale/promotional/discounted items.
  • Miloha reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Our garments go through 3 layers of quality control checks. Therefore, in the rare event that you receive a damaged/faulty item, please email info@shopmiloha.com immediately and include clear pictures of damaged/faulty item(s). We will handle this with the highest priority.
